Talia Ofek

Talia Ofek is a junior in the Dual BA program with Tel Aviv University (TAU). At TAU, she studied Psychology and Entrepreneurship, and she is now pursuing a degree in Cognitive Science at Columbia. Talia is passionate about building community and fostering positive environments wherever she goes. 

While at TAU, she served on Student Council as VP of Communications, where she launched several initiatives to strengthen student life and acted as a liaison between students, club members, and the administration. She also gained hands-on experience working with two startups through her role as a Project Manager for a Business Club, where she led a team of students, communicated with company executives, and immersed herself in Israel’s fast-paced startup world. 

At GSSC, Talia is looking forward to her role as Communications Coordinator by supporting students, creating connections, and enriching student culture. In her free time, you can find her running in Riverside Park, discovering new overpriced coffee spots, and spending time with her friends in the incredible GS community!
