Gabriella Jacobs

Gabriella Jacobs is a junior in the Dual BA Program with Tel Aviv University (TAU). After two years of studying Psychology and Middle Eastern Studies at TAU she now majors in Psychology. She is originally from Cleveland but has lived in Israel since high school.
Making campus life fun, comfortable, and stimulating is important to Gabriella. While at TAU, she contributed to various aspects of student life, including organizing a TEDxTelAvivUniversity event and serving as a board member for the Jewish Learning Initiative on Campus. She is eager to make similar connections with her Columbia peers and enjoy all New York has to offer.
After classes Gabriella can be found swimming, biking, running, or reading.
Gabriella is excited to begin her role as the Tel Aviv University Dual BA Representative to help ensure that students like her who pursue untraditional academic routes enjoy a smooth transition and integration into Columbia’s diverse and vibrant campus. She believes that building a thriving community means learning from one another and sharing resources, so feel free to reach out with any questions or say hi on campus!
